I was a bit skeptical about finishing oils, but the first time I drizzled this on a simple bowl of soup it completely transformed the flavor. The glass bottle is really well made and the drip spout delivers just the right amount every time.
The little glass bottle is perfect for portioning out just a few drops of finishing oil, and the design feels much more deliberate than just pouring from the main bottle. It's made my salads feel a bit more special without any extra effort.
I've been using this as a quick drizzle over roasted veggies and even pasta, and that burst of flavor right before eating is exactly what my meals were missing. The glass bottle is sturdy and pours just the right amount without making a mess.
