I was skeptical about cooking with EVOO until I tried this mid-harvest Picual—it handled a stir-fry without any smoke or burnt taste. The glass bottle looks great on my counter, too.
I pan-fried chicken last night and not a hint of bitterness or smoke—this oil handles heat beautifully while keeping that fresh grassy flavor. Glad I grabbed the multi-pack.
