I was skeptical about cooking with extra-virgin olive oil, but this Picual blend holds up beautifully even at higher temperatures without turning bitter. The mid-harvest olives give it a fresh, grassy kick that really comes through in sautéed vegetables.
The glass bottle is a nice upgrade from plastic, and this oil actually handles medium-high heat without smoking or losing flavor. Made my fried eggs taste noticeably better.
