I was skeptical about using EVOO for high-heat cooking, but this one really holds up without smoking or turning bitter. The Picual olives definitely make a difference—the flavor stays clean even after searing chicken.

Its mid-harvest Picual olives give this oil a robust flavor that actually holds up when I sauté vegetables, no burnt taste at all. A solid upgrade from my usual cooking oil.

I was skeptical about using EVOO for stir-frying, but this Picual blend handles the heat without any bitter aftertaste. My eggs come out perfectly crisp now, and the glass bottle pours neatly without drips.
